Our HelpNET help desk services are designed to provide immediate remote support for our managed service clients. Our friendly, expert engineers are standing by to assist with everything from simple how-to questions to complex server and network system troubleshooting.
Available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time, our team can connect to computers from our offices and provide live assistance with real-time remote system control.
Our Point-of-Authorization system gives our clients control over which, or all, members of their staff is authorized to request services from our HelpNET personnel.
